Luk A.J. Verdonck

Luk oversees BluePath’s asset development and operations. Based in the Baltimore office, he has 20 years of experience in energy and basic industries, both in North America and Europe. He has a deep understanding of asset development and finance, including extensive experience in capital budgeting, investment analysis, and financial reporting.

Prior to joining BluePath, Luk spent nine years with E.ON in Germany, working in various corporate development capacities. He was involved in investment analyses, spin-offs, internal cost-cutting initiatives, and management of Executive Board strategy meetings. Luk holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago and an M.B.A. from the University of Oxford.
