Chip Sturm

Chip oversees BluePath’s legal department and is based in the Baltimore office. Prior to joining BluePath, he was a partner at an Am Law 100 law firm representing clients in structuring, negotiating, and documenting a wide variety of project finance, public finance, equipment finance, and commercial lending transactions. Chip also served as in-house counsel to a super-regional bank.

Chip is on the Board of Directors of The Loading Dock, Inc., a Baltimore-based non-profit dedicated to the intersection of recycling and affordable housing. Chip received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park and J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law.
